Johan has been working as an IT consultant since 2008 starting out
with business solution software and upgrading and maintenance of
application servers. Meanwhile he spent time educating himself in MS server products and Exchange, gaining some certifications in the process.
As a certified consultant Johan has been focusing on Microsoft server, Exchange and Active directory. He has also worked with Lync/Skype for Business and Sharepoint, going forward with Office 365 as main area.
Johan is hungry for knowledge and takes a great satisfaction in delivering great results no matter the task. He is a good troubleshooter with excellent theoretical skills in computer science as well as practical skills in designing and implementing solutions.

Selected experience
Migration Specialist Exchange
Johan helped a customer with 6.500 users to migrate between two different Exchange environments as they were changing hosting providers. His role was to work with advanced troubleshooting and to design solutions inside the same environment. This included working with lots of 3rd party organizations and overall keeping the ball moving in the project.
Migration to Exchange Online
In this project Johan helped a Swedish municipality with approximately 2.600 users to migrate their users to Exchange Online. Johan was their main troubleshooting contact and advisor when it came to any questions that arose during the project. He also helped with problems that arose post migration and performed onsite support.

Johan helped migrate a Swedish municipality to Exchange Online with approximately 2400 users.
He was the main technical contact for the customer and helped them modify their processes towards their new IT environment, besides support and troubleshooting during the migration-process
