Niclas has been working as a consultant since 1999. He is a skilled IT-generalist who takes on every challenge that comes in his way with the same professional mindset.
Starting out as a support technician he soon went on to work as an IT Specialist, IT Operation Manager, Project Manager and Cloud Admin.
He is an experienced and hungry consultant with good credentials. Niclas is eager to provide end users with not only the best tools but also the know-how, in order to enable them to be as efficient as possible.

Niclas worked as a support technician at one of the biggest banks in Sweden where he helped users with various IT related incidents. At the end of the contract Niclas was engaged to be in charge of a critical system.
IT Specialist at DHL
During six months Niclas worked at the consolidated IT department for three DHL offices in Stockholm, including the main office. His tasks was to operate all IT infrastructure and user support.
Migration Back Office
Niclas role was to be technical responsible for various newly integrated sites of Volvo-IT. He interacted between different expert groups. He also analyzed and solved problems in various systems, to great satisfaction of the customer. Niclas operated as the glue between customer and business, a role he highly appreciated. Niclas was also responsible for projects in the smaller range and reported to the Board and Chairman of Volvo-IT.
Niclas managed Office 365 and their cloud solution for Folksam. His main tasks were to control the daily operation and to keep the customer informed of changes coming from Microsoft to their tenant. Niclas also performed feasibility studies and tests regarding Office 365 components, as well as various other duties.
