We often meet customers who purchased licenses without using the services available – either because they do not know how to or because the services are not properly configured.

During these two days, we will educate you in what Microsoft 365 is, decide on services, document, test and configure your environment. This allows you to immediately start using the various services in Microsoft 365 – as a test or in full operation – and quickly gain value for money.

This workshop addresses primarily to IT professionals and IT architects, but we also need IT decision makers since we will make changes to the environment.

Comprehension for how the various components of Microsoft 365 and EMS are configured and the capabilities available, a configuration based on organization requirements and best practices, knowledge of how technology can be controlled to help users, understanding how information and identity can be secured and also a proposal for a project plan for implementing new features in the future.

Time & place

Total time is three days, of which the workshop itself is two days and takes place at your location. One day is set for meetings, documentation and follow-up/reporting on Skype/Teams. The rst day we start with Azure services with focus on EMS and Windows 10. Day two we go through Microsoft 365 and all services in depth.
