How does Azure Information Protection work?

With GDPR there is a requirement to classify the documents. In addition, you need to be able to protect (encrypt) its information more and more. One of the major benefits of Azure Information Protection (AIP) is that we get traceability and can both monitor and recall sensitive information no matter where the file is stored.

This workshop goes through how AIP works practically and technically. We will review how to think about an implementation. Other important issues discussed are how the organization and users are affected. An important part is monitoring and traceability. Together, we set up AIP and settings directly in your environment. You will be able to start a pilot immediately afterwards.

This workshop is addressed primarily to IT professionals and IT architects, but we also need to have parts of the business that have an interest in how security is handled.

Time & place

Total time is one day. The workshop itself takes place at your location but can be done over Skype/Teams if desired. However, the recommendation is to take the workshop at place. The practical part that take place at your location is about 4-6 hours long. 1-2 hours are set for meetings, documentation and follow-up/reporting on Skype/Teams.
